Sarah Dillon


Sarah Dillon begins her second year on the Summit-Nitro coaching staff as the head coach of 16 Molten – Sarah. Prior to her arrival at Summit-Nitro, she was the varsity head coach at Shawnee Mission North High School (KS) from 2009-2010.  Before she began her coaching duties in Kansas at Shawnee Mission North, she coached for Triangle Volleyball Club (TVC), a nationally competitive volleyball club in North Carolina.  At TVC, she was the head coach for their U16 National Team from 2006-2008, and was the assistant coach for the U16’s in 2005.  Sarah was also the lead staff coach for TVC’s Setting Academy, and coached at TVC’s instructional camps that were held throughout the season and in the summer. She coached at several collegiate summer camps as well, including Wake Forest, University of North Carolina and Campbell University.

In her playing days, Sarah attended Campbell University (NC) on a full scholarship, and was a four-year member of their Division I volleyball team.  She was the starting setter and team captain, and earned the Coach’s Award and Fighting Camel Award during her career. Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, and was on the President’s List and Dean’s List.

Sarah resides in Dallas, and is currently working as a full-time nanny. She is an IMPACT certified coach, as well as a certified regional referee.
